Residential Treatment for Veterans — PTSD, Addiction, and Moral Injury
You served. You came home. And some part of what happened over there is still showing up here — in how you sleep, how you drink, how far you keep people at arm's length. Residential treatment, built around military culture, gives you the space to actually deal with it.

A program built around military culture
Magnolia Meadows is a residential treatment center in Waverly, Tennessee, serving veterans and active-duty military alongside first responders. Our clinical team understands deployment, combat exposure, and the transition home — you won't spend your first sessions explaining the basics of military life to someone who's never lived it.
Treatment is fully residential: you live on campus for the full length of your stay, away from the triggers and routines tied to whatever you're carrying. Our program is Joint Commission accredited — the same standards hospitals are held to.
A single program addressing the full picture
- PTSD and combat or deployment-related trauma
- Substance use and addiction, including alcohol and prescription medication
- Moral injury and the guilt or shame that can follow service
- Co-occurring depression, anxiety, and sleep disruption
Accreditation and verification
Magnolia Meadows is Joint Commission accredited, meeting the same quality and safety standards required of hospitals nationwide, and LegitScript certified. We're also approved by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and recognized as an FOP Approved Wellness Provider.
